As per new law No. 328 dated 05/12/2024, all legal deadlines, that occur between 08 October 2023 until 31 March 2025, were suspended. Accordingly, penalties must be totally reduced for the mentioned period.

Also the judicial deadlines between period 31/03/2022 and 30/06/2024 will be suspended.
